18-19” mixte frame or step thru women's bike

Looking for a single speed bike for my wife: frameset or complete bike or something in between. Something fairly sporty for preference: old mixte drop barred Peugeot or similar.

Anyone got one in the shed/garage they're not using much any more?

The peugeot is older than 80's I think.
