I've always thought 'high' was entirely the wrong term to describe the languid, delayed-reaction personality of the habitually stoned.

It has an effect on mice. It might have an effect on those humans already susceptible to psychosis. There is quite a lot of other bollocks on the internet and elsewhere, none of it actually science.

Most of the actually don't demonstrate that at all , the best I've seen point to a correlation in the data and correlation is not the same as causation.

I don't smoke anymore, I hardly drink nowadays either. If we could swap smoke for drink as the countries intoxicant the UK would be a much better place.

Not anything as taxing 19,000 miles. My first tour round Latvia, every stop was 2-3 beers and a couple of vodkas, the Vodka measures measures were good - 100mls. It was a good trip - 60 miles a day on empty roads half pissed, I missed the boat becoming an alcohol brand manager. Cycling on midsummernight was interesting as well.
