1930s Hercules tyres size question

Got the better of the tyres off - be interested to know just how old they are. Pics below.

The rim - think its an early Endrick rim
Inner width - 3/4" / 19mm
Outer width - 1 1/8" / 27mm
Rim height - 1/2" / 13mm

Looks like it would be a lovely bike for a summer pootle along country lanes.

I try and ride it at least once a week winter and summer rotating it with my 1934 Ladies Humber sports,1970's Ladies Swift and a modern Raleigh Pioneer, the Hercules is a very comfortable machine to ride
