Some one kindly identified this for me on a Facebook page.
Thought I would share and get some thoughts. Shame about the rear drop outs being trimmed.
Thought about doing this as a bare metal frame and lining the lugs?

Very nice, it will be a lot of work to strip and polish all the metal for a clear coat, but good luck
