Good morning,

Lovely bike but I was confused by and interested in the Reynolds sticker on the downtube.

I found

http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/designs/hsjacktaylor.html

which seem to have the other edge of a sticker and then went on to find

http://www.blackbirdsf.org/taylor/transfers.html

I have never seen a sticker like it before and had never heard of anyone getting custom transfers from Reynolds so I have learnt something. :-)

Bye

Ian
The Taylors had their own agreement with Reynolds and even had their own 531 stickers.

That is one lovely looking machine.

The workmanship on that frame is mind-blowing. both the fabrication and the finishing.
I'm not generally a huge fan of lugless frames either, but I'll make an exception for ones built to that standard. This country once produced some of the best lightweight steel frames made anywhere in the world. Shame that most of this industry is no more.
