1999 Trek 800 Sport

Hi folks, I've recently joined the forums so i thought I'd share what I'm riding. This is my 12 year old Trek 800 Sport. I bought it brand new from Smiths in Falkirk (one of two LBS's in the town) and have only recently started riding it again. This first picture is pretty much how it came out the garage after 10 + years idle .

I've done a fair bit to it since then (as I mentioned on the welcome mat) and heres how it looks now

Oh, the pedals were replaced last week as well. Doesn't look too bad for the age but it only has about 600 miles on it. Anyways a new bike is not on the immediate horizon so it'll do for the forseeable future.

Thanks Moodyman - its a very solid and comfortable bike - ideal for my kind of cycling (not too intsense!!)
