Slowly but surely getting there. Averaged 14.5 mph and feel pretty good!

Gonna start pushing and pushing slightly more every ride out. Think I need to swap my Camelbak for a bottle though!

No, not in a rush at all. Just enjoying it and want to do more. I think my fitness will cope, I'm just restrained by time at the minute
