1st Christmas tree

While taking the dog for a walk just niw I noticed one of our neighbours has their Christmas tree up. First one I have seen this year.

Went to my mates yesterday, his kids stay every weekend. He's not only got tree up, but has an advent calendar each on the go...to count down to the start of their official Christmas advent calendar.
Wouldn't mind, but he's a miserable git normally!
