Haha Fairone mate, you don't seem to go faster but easier to maintain a good pace If you know what I mean?

Walking on slippery surfaces (if it's been raining for example), can be tricky in SPD-SL shoes. Coming out of my flat, there's a slope which can be a bit dodgy when it's wet, even in SPD shoes. I also found it a bit difficult carrying my bike up & down stairs in SPD-SL shoes.

Oh lads out with a long ride with the mrs today so busy watching what she's doing and making sure she don't kill herself or me and I stopped lost my Balence and fell over haha :smile:

Hahaha some bloke on a moped cracked up. after my mrs cleaned up her piss from laughing so hard then she asked if I was ok
