Due to health/lack of appetite I have not made bread for ages.
In Aldi early today I noticed they were doing own brand strong flour so I took a punt.
TBH, as its Aldi's own brand I was prepared for failure but its looking good

Looks good. I often use Aldi own brand and find it very good. Thinking about it, I don't think I've used anything else since the first lockdown.

TBH I didn't know they did strong bread flour. I must have gone passed that shelf dozens of times but today it popped out.
Had 2 slices earlier.......very nice.
