Rain and wind finally stopped yesterday, so got out for a 10 mile, first ride in over 2 months, bit slower than usual and struggled up a couple of hills, was so eager to get out i forgot gloves and buff so got back with ear ache that frozen hands, but well pleased with myself for getting back out there xxx

Good for you, l haven't been on a bike for two weeks because of the awful weather and a very painful knee courtesy of my last ride, when l overdid it a touch

Great start of the year. Only had one ride so far in 2018. The bad weather keeps putting me off. You being in France, you will probably get better weather sooner than us. :okay:

Not got going yet - miserable start to the year in The Lakes - ice, snow, rain, wind plus an overlay of New Year Apathy from me = no miles so far.

Barnet,
No longish rides so far, but plenty of back and forth to the shops. So getting about 30 miles a week .
