Why does no-one tell you that cycling is so addictive??
I now have 3 bike Boardman Hybrid, Cannondale CADD8 Triple sora and just bought 2 new bikes today!
Merida Scultura Ultegra for me and a Merida Scultura Ultegra Di2 for my wife.
Pike them up on Friday.

I also feel it appropriate at this time to state I have four Di2 bikes While swmbo has none

VforV do you think its worth getting Ui2....going for 700 quid I got ultegra full now if I sell that do you think its worth the change? or just hold out the wallet for Di2 which I know the possibilities are endless with regards to hacking or whatever you do

For me the choice is becoming more complex, at this time it appears the 10 speed Ultegra Ui2 could be the better bet as it uses the same CANbus system as the later 11 speed Dura-Ace so the upgrade path is there. The downside of the system is that its chipped so you can't simply add components or swap them out for custom components such as battery's.
The 10 speed Dura-Ace Di2 is my favourite at the moment as its the easiest to hack, you can simply introduce custom battery's and additional switches if you want... This system is now a bargain as most people want 11 speed Dura-Ace, so it is not in fashion. It's possible now to get a full DAi2 system for Ultegra Ui2 money if you really know how to approach it.
The cost now is why I'm running Dura-Ace Di2 on my new Tarmac build as much as anything. I
