2 wheels back or front?

I been riding since many kilometers this trike

Mine has two wheels in the back. I see is that most trikes are 2 front wheelers. Thinking of buying a new one. What for you makes the difference between the two systems?

A delta trike tends to have a higher seat than a tadpole trike.

So if you find it difficult to get on/off then a delta is the way to go.
The higher seat also helps you to see around if you navigate in a lot of traffic all the time, but as you get lower more sticks out in front so some junctions can be more iffy.
The CoG is further back on a delta, if you have a diff then this gives you better hill climbing when the ground surface gets very iffy.
With enough headroom you can tip the delta onto it back wheels to store it in less space.

But if you like pure speed then the lower CoG and wind resistance makes a good tadpole a no brainer ......
Also having the two wheels in front of you makes judging narrow gaps easier on a tadpole.

So the higher the seat the more likely the machine is a delta as that config is easy to build.
Below a certain seat height tadpoles take over.
So are you after an easy on/off use or pure speed.

No they're not !! Whilst the Lepus is a tad more Mercedes than Maserati, the Hase's Kettwiesel kicks Ass !
