Scooter with engine 50k. No wonder you not take food or drink, we are def different.I had porridge before I set off on my metric 50 km the other day. I was on the scooter and didnt even take a drink with me. Maybe we are all different.
Am doing altrincham chester in the morning, thats all i take if you eat to much slows me down.
And get cramp. Stick with good fruit cakeMy advice.......eat loads
i got cramp the first run out in a while,it was 36 mile and i got it on the last hill from home,but as was said,prob lack of fitness,but i thought it was because i had no water,idid have a flask of coffeeNever had cramp, luckily......although I've hit bonk a few times.
