200 km bike ride for Young Epilepsy

Hi all

On Tuesday 13/06/17 (tomorrow) I will be doing a 200 km bike ride in aid of a charity called Young Epilepsy. I will be doing it in the memory of my late niece Vicki, who sadly passed away 10 years ago this year.

My ride is part of a set of challenges that Vicki`s friends and family are doing in her name.

The body held up fine but it was tough mentally. It`s not much fun riding for 8 hours on your own, although I did have some company for 15 miles or so from Dan, one of my cycling buddies and I cant thank him enough.
