So many good new bands and music genres have changed so much, i think the last decade has seen the best music so far and it can probably only go downhill from now, if it doesnt it will be a pleasant surprise.

The early and mid 70s was pretty shite, and so was most of the 80s, but for unremitting shiteness, nothing beats the 00s.

The 70's was the best musical decade.

77 to 79 good, and I can't remember before 73.

Must be a wind-up!

Of course it's a wind up, unless Blazed really has got no taste whatsoever.

I edited the list he provided to keep only the songs from it that might stand the test of time - here it is:

Take Me Out – Franz Ferdinand
Crazy in Love - Beyoncé featuring Jay-Z
Hey Ya! – Outkast

It may well be that the 00s could be the best decade for music ever, but Blazed has certainly missed most of it...
