I guess this won't be available anymore. With one week to go there is no sign of it in the schedules of any of the previous broadasters; ITV4, DMax, & Quest. I thought I'd try Discovery+/TNT but as we all know it's £30.99 a month*, which is bad enough, but I see that all plans now include adverts etc. I'd be happy to watch a free broadcast & put up with adverts, but not when I'm also paying a monthly fee just to watch highlights of a one week race. I don't feel this is value for money, and take issue with the avaricious 'rights holders' who are exploiting this. It's the same across the world of course, but this doesn't make it OK for those who just want to watch a bit of cycling now and then. We only want to see highlights of the Paris-Nice, Dauphine (now renamed), and the grand tours.

*Obviously the payment could be a 'one off' if cancelled before the next auto renewal.

Last year I bought a 1 month subscription to catch up on the spring classics. IIRC, the replays of the full coverage were ad-free. l effectively made my own highlights shows by quickly skipping ahead when not much was happening.

I don't know if that still applies?

Thanks for the replies, and yes, if I understand correctly (see attachment on my OP) Disco+/TNT are now putting ads on both live streaming and on demand. In the past we've had no ads when playing the on demand version of the race, and just watched the last hour or so, but that misses a lot of the day's build up & tensions which can be picked up on a properly edited and well presented highlights show. We did try YouTube, but also found it to be just a few minutes long. Looks like we'll be giving the Paris-Nice a miss for the first time in years:sad:

If you have a VPN connect to a server in Australia and watch it on SBS.

Funny you should say that............that's exactly what I did a couple of hours ago! The site seems much tidier and usable than disco, the commentary is about the race, not the commentator, and I've just been watching stage 16 of the 2025 tdf. We're now looking forward to a summer of the Grand Tours, along with Paris-Nice, Liege-Bastogne-Liege, and the Dauphine. Thank you so much for the suggestions! ^_^

SBS has all the big races (and some of the smaller/random ones) and you can't go very far wrong at all. For the other bits you might miss, YouTube has to make do (Lanterne Rouge is my preferred pick)

There is a 35 minute highlight show on Eurosport 1 at 1825 Sunday. I expect it'll be similar other days, but I can only see a week ahead on that channel. Free with German commentary, but needs an international / German dish setup. No VPN subscription or contract violation needed, though.

On holiday in Brittany last year I purchased a TNT Sat receiver (with 4-year card) which pairs with my (twin LNB) satellite dish. Paris-Nice live on France 3 from Sunday next. Also picks up L'Equipe channel for smaller races.
