For the rebuild i'm doing for my youngest's first "road" bike, I'm going to need:

24" narrow rim (or complete rear wheel - freewheel or cassette)

If you've a pair of rims or a matching front wheel I'd be in market for both, but must be narrow enough for 25mm tyres. Big chunky MTB rims are not going to work for this.

I'm also on lookout for
Very short reach quill headset.
Straight(ish) alloy handlebars - can be very short.

And a square taper crankset. Must be 165mm or less.
Double or triple.

Worth having a squizz around the darkside/recumbent threads, as this is a reasonably common size for fast 'bents. I run dual 24s on my Furai, but am keeping my spare for now. Sorry.

Try a google for 'velocity aerohead 24' or 'airnimal' rims, as these are ideal for narrow tyres.

The dutch manufacturer 'challenge' offer a 24" option on a few of their bikes, and I know that I'm not the only rider running one with an aftermarket SON hub. That means there are disused rims out there, and most likely complete wheels.
