I've a Ridgeback hybrid with 42-559 tyres (aka 26 x 1.6). I'm thinking of using this bike more over the winter than my road bike, but would like some narrower tyres, as these seem very fat after my 700c x 25s on the road bike.
Any recommendations re: width? Will I notice much of a change if I go to a 26 x 1.5, (e.g. Continental Comfort Contact Reflex) or maybe a 1.4?
