27" x 1 1/4" Alloy Wheelset

I'm looking for a cheap alloy wheelset to replace the chrome ones on an otherwise very smart bike i've just bought.

Also, whilst i'm asking, a long black/silver 25.4mm seat tube would be great too.

Any help please?
