Larger rack with lights goes over tow ball. Smaller rack has a part that bolts on under the towing ball mount
No idea of value make me an offer and I'll let her know. They was going to be tipped so she's not looking for a fortune.
Collection from BL0 or BL1 (Bolton / Bury) by prior arrangement. Can also drop off for 20p per mile as per Google maps. Will courier the smaller rack if required (at cost via my herpes parcel shop)
