yep I like them - they don't feel like "fine tailoring", in fact rather tough and maybe slightly "agricultural", but that partly explains their durability I guess. I think I've worn them up to 24 or even touching 25 degrees - felt essentially OK as long as vented OK on my top half.I bought some from Planet X 3/4s for ,£30. They've lasted me a few years now and still look as good as new. I've used them for 70 milers with no problems.
we're all different - won't comment on your last sentence.25 degrees ? Blimey. These are winter lined with a windproof panel on the front. I'd not be able to wear them easily in high summer. Well I would but I'd sweat a bit.
Zip has been fine so far. It's only a little one anyway.
Been looking at these. I might wait until Boxing Day & see what sales are on.Both Sportful's and Galibier's are excellent: https://www.galibier.cc/product/equipe3-4/
