You have posed a very vague question that is difficult to answer. There is no single route between any two adjacent nodes on your proposed journey. You haven't stated your confidence on busy roads or identified a preference fo Sustrans routes.

You could start by doing some research yourself using route planning tools like www.viamichelin.co.uk or even www.maps.google.com using the cycle options then ask for opinions on your selections.

This web page might be helpful for Holland http://www.cycletourer.co.uk/cycletouring/holland.shtml

This web page might be helpful for for Belgium http://www.cycletourer.co.uk/cycletouring/belgium.shtml

Stanfords in London have a good selection of maps. http://www.stanfords.co.uk/

Sustrans have route [lanning facilities http://www.sustrans.org.uk/

Happy researching. You've got bags of time.

You might consider going out on one ferry and back on another. Dover to Calais or Dover to Dunkirk, Harwich to the Hook.
Check out LF1 cycle route, also known as North Sea Cycle Route, it runs from Den Helder(NL) to Boulogne in France, and passes close by Amsterdam, Bruges, Dunkirk and Calais.
