3 day non stop relay Lejog or jogle...

Myself and a few friends are doing a 3 day non stop relay Lejog or jogle in July. Was wondering if anybody has any experience of this and the routes used.
I have done a Lejog before but a scenic route,obviously as we are riding through the night, need a slightly more road friendly route but would still like to get some enjoyment rather than just smash out Busy A roads.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

When I did my LEJOG I met a group doing a non-stop relay.
