I'm supposed to be on a diet - being good - dropping a lot of pounds to get my (currently) lumpy backside up them there hills on the Big G ride at the end of July ... but ...

... the cafe round the corner (not a greasy-spoon one either) ... does these lovely raspberry and white chocolate muffins ... I mean to die for good scran!!!

Should I get one?

You have 3 minutes to vote.

Cheers,
Shaun

I added the winning yes vote but it was after the decision had been made.

Daft poll really, the answer should always be yes to a bun!

I reckon he'd scoffed it before the vote was even counted, no willpower some people
Right, off to the freezer for a choc ice

The ex-bun was, indeed, a very tasty and welcome treat.

I had a small pang of guilt ... lasted about 10 seconds ... but no long-term psychological damage done.

I've got a head wind home anyway so that should make the in/out equation equal ... shouldn't it?

You don't need to justify a raspberry muffin. That's one of your five a day! (Two or more if you follow my assertion that chocolate, flour and butter are all vegetables)

I have belatedly voted yes, on the basis that you won't be eating another one today, will you?
