3D blu rays

I was watching the second Hobbit movie recently and noted that the 3D effect 'wobbles' at random. Watching it without the specs, the stereo image seems to merge into a single image for a split second before dividing again. Viewed with the specs, it results in an image wobble as the depth-of-field temporarily drops out.

Some of my other 3D discs have started doing it, so the player is now in Richer sounds under repair. However, I noted the replacement one is now doing it.

Any thoughts, techie heads?. My ultimate solution is to stop buying 3D discs

Probably muck on the laser read head, good luck on getting Richer sounds to fix anything unless its under guarantee in which case they'll probably just swap it (after a couple of weeks)
