44 mile round trip daily commute - possible?

I do 34 each way, another 5 on top would be no problem, and thats every day, every week, so 170 a week, but you would need to take care of nutrition as others have said,

Err ........ 34 miles each way = 68 miles a day round trip there and back.

Over 5 days this is 68 x 5 = 340 miles not 170 as you state above.

Either you are so shagged you can't add up or your maths is really bad .
