Okay, here we go again. It's got to happen now or I'll just give up. My running and cycling have just diminished. It's been lots of xmas do's and unhealthy food with the fkcu it attitude. I know I will not do anything before next week but I know if I do the 5:2 maybe 4:3 as in fasting two or three days a week, it will kick start my weight loss and slow return to fitness.It will be more fast than feast. Is anyone else going to have the life style change for the new year. A couple of pics taken today is a trigger to get off my fat ass.
