Alas, I doubt it. Most likely the driver would have got away with something minor, if charged at all....
Anyway, cheers, and it's good to know some people care. And tricycles (especially recumbent ones) can be a lot of fun, and don't need the balance! (Although funnily, upright trikes can be very difficult for someone used to two wheels to ride - they do require some skill to master - just not balance. Recumbents are dead easy.).
