I feel very fit. After shifting 15kg 5 years ago, I have been triathloning for 2 years, and since Nov trying hard to shift another 12kg. Today I cycled to Lidl to see their cheap bike stuff, 7.2km off road run at lunch and going on 32km round trip to a pub tonight.
