700c Wheelset suitable for disc brakes and Shimano 10 speed

I have a set of Alex Rims XD-Lite 32H on my Croix de Fer. I use 28mm Gator Hardshells in the week for commuting and regularly swap to Schwalbe Land Cruisers at the weekend to tackle rougher tracks and a bit of off-road. It's getting to be a real PITA swapping tyres all the time.
Ideally I'm after something lighter than the XDLites to use with the 700c 28 Hardshells. They must be disc and 10 spd Shimano compatible. If they come equipped with rotors and cassette all the better.

Be prepared to buy and use some disc shims. I bought a second set of wheels and found the front hub slightly narrower than the original hub such that it fouled the front brake. Much wailing and grinding of teeth, until I bought some shims and offset the disc slightly.
