8 days before I tackle my biggest ride to date, approx 360 miles in 3 days, conveniently about 120 a day.

I am pretty happy about the distance, but just wondered what the best way to prepare in the last week is?

Should I keep up my rides throughout the week (usually a 30 miler a day), or should I not ride alot and just keep up lots of eating?:ohmy: :smile:
 
Taper it right down - you want to have a couple of rest days. Next weekend go out for a few miles in the gear you are planning to use just to make sure the bike, you and your kit are all properly adjusted, secure, not chafing and to check any "must pack list" is up to scratch. Drink well all week to make sure you're properly hydrated.
