9 speed Shimano shifters with concealed cables

Can anyone recommend some 9 speed Shimano shifters with concealed cable routing?

I've seen the 105 5700 but they only seem to come in 10 speed.

I have a Ortlieb handlebar bag which doesn't fit well with the current routing.

Any suggestion gratefully recieved.

Also needs to be for a triple.

Maybe wrong but Shimano don't do STI's with concealed cables for 9 speed. 5700 105 7 above
only.

Though a left STI 5700 would work with the triple.

Yes. Campag 10-speed works. I use them for exactly the same reason - I want to be able to use a handlebar bag, and 'clothesline' cables are incompatible with that.

Campag 10-speed shifters work perfectly with Shimano 8-speed derailleurs and cassettes. They will also work on Shimano 9-speed cassettes with the hubjub cable routing solution - but, in my experience, not quite as nicely. But it does work.
