Went hill-training on a new hill on Saturday, Old Down Hill in Tockington and the gradient in parts was 10%
Opened up a whole new world of pain!
I'd done some 9% climbs before but this was half a mile of really burning quads! Still, managed 5 reps though so hopefully I feel the benefit.
