I can do what you're after using my standard HDD recorder. It's quite happy recording analogue audio from FM through the input meant for a camcorder, and DAB can be recorded the same way or if necessary using an optical digital connection which the thing has. It doesn't have a built in DAB receiver though, and I've just used a DAB portable when needed.
It also has a SCART input which can be used as an analogue audio input, but I use that for satellite. My recorder is made by Samsung (the model is obolete), and when programming/ starting recording it can be set for audio recording, which saves HDD space.
Being lazy I usually record radio programmes from the terrestrial digital TV service - generally lower quality but easier and quicker - or from satellite for stations which aren't in the Freeview package.
