What I encountered on my way into work this morning:

We got caught up in the traffic jam from it yesterday. Still, at least this is one of those events where you can say the road closure was probably justified. It would put a heck of a dent in your front wheel!

What I encountered on my way into work this morning:

I meant to say that just TWO DAYS after I took that photo, you'd be suprised to think that hole was ever there. Kudos to Derby Council / Severn Trent Water or whoever was responsible for filling it!

Now get on with all the holes on Station Road and the A52

This one caused a bit of a delay to rush hour traffic in Hebden Bridge!

initial reports from severn trent said a hole had appeared and they had men looking into it

thats similar to the main that went in Highbury/canondale about 5 years ago. looked like a river for a week or so though
