A bum per list of books...

'View From Behind: A Cultural History of the Anus' is short ars...sorry, listed for the oddest book title.
The full article can be perused here.
My library is stuffed with useless volumes, such as 'Bicycle Repair' or 'Get Rich Quick', but I possess no odd book titles.
Do you own an odd book title, or have something that offered something unexpected compared to the cover? Post a picture here - if it's not too 'cheeky' that is...
Here's a book that took me by surprise:

And yet, curiously, there's no colon in the cover title.

Catchy title.

I think it's out of print now, but my copy is still in pretty good nick. It got a bit of attention in 2011 when a copy was listed for sale on Amazon at 23.7 million USD (+3.99 USD for shipping).

It's a bit more complicated than that...
I'm torn between the rather interesting sounding Reading the Liver: Papyrological Texts on Ancient Greek Extispicy by William Furley and Victor Gysembergh (Mohr Siebeck) (I thought it was the Romans who started that idea) and Transvestite Vampire Biker Nuns from Outer Space: A Consideration of Cult Film by Mark Kirwan-Hayhoe (MKH Imprint) (but it's spoiled by the colon and subsequent text).

From my shelves...

Eugen Egner's Androids From Milk is just as weird as it sounds;

I have several of David Shrigley's very dark and amusing little art books - Ants Have Sex In Your Beer, is my favourite of his titles.

There's Robert Irwin's Prayer-Cushions of the Flesh, a satirical riff on Orientalist harem fantasies that most definitely has its cake and eats it.

I used to have all of the Marquis de Sade's stuff, including The 120 Days of Sodom but decided I wasn't ever going to put myself through reading them again. Once was definitely enough.
