I bought a bag of frozen battered chicken balls. In a rush I didnt check it properly.
2 problems........
1. They are BIG, more like chunks of chicken.
2. Cooking instructions are 28 minutes in the oven......no mention of an air fryer.

I dont have an oven.
Google tells me 12 minutes in an air fryer but I guess that refers to proper chicken balls.
Its a massive difference between 12 mins and 28 mins.
What think you ?

I usually set off the air fryer for 15 mins, then just take a look, poke it (whatever food is in there), see if hot, then carry on if not hot enough. Simple.

if you put your ear to it (not touching obviously) and you can hear it sizzling, then its cooked.

common sense says if 28mins in an oven then 15-20 in an AF

That is what I reckon.
Rather it be slightly over cooked than under

Our little magnetic conversion chart on the freezer, that isn't food type specific, reckons 28mins oven would be ~23mins in air fryer.

For air fryer temp, take 20C off the fan oven instructions.

180 for 15 does the trick for most things!

30 minutes at 180 from frozen in an air fryer.
Give them a shake at 15 min.
Trust me, I know how to cook ^_^
From your previous posts, I think you would benefit investing (they are quite cheap) in a meat thermometer.
