He is a lovely boy...still very much in the puppy stage (tho he's 2). Due to his medical conditions his life expectancy isn't long (average 4-5 years) but he is loving life and taking advantage of my soft nature!
Sabor got to 9 before prostate cancer got him, he was always a puppy never quietened down. Still miss my lad, best dog I've ever had (4 previous to him)

That saddle looks quite sprung already lol maybe go for a narrower one if it chafes the inner bits after a few rides.

Yeah, he's my 3rd GSD, I just adore the breed.
As for Arabella, yes, delivery was fantastic as was the whole purchase.
Oh and Tredz threw in a free nylon bag too
I simply cannot get another GSD at the moment, apart from the fact that we are full, I still miss old Troy but it's only been 10 years since he died so I'll give it a bit more time. He was simply awesome.

Awww, I'm sorry. They do become so close to you.
My last boy (Wallace) had a massive stomach bleed at 9. We just got him to the vet in time for him to be pts  It was all so traumatic and I still cry about that now.

:stop::cry::rofl:

I'm sure I'll get used to it but with the arthritis in my spine I was aware that I may need to buy a seat with some springs or something to cushion my lower spine. Even though she won't be on really bumpy stuff, I am used to ploughing up and down kerbs etc on the MTB!
I shall have to go easy lol

That's the perfect excuse to glide sedately along without breaking sweat.

Have you had some interest in the Belles?

All adjustments done and I took a very wobbly ride down to the bottom of the hill and around the co-op car park.
Getting back up the hill was a bit easier than on the MTB!

I adjusted the seat post height and tilt and slid it right back on the rails, and wobbled down the road again.
Back up the hill to the gate, where hubby passed me the multi-tool....it was like a relay
Repeat, adjust and ride.
Third time lucky and I hit the sweet spot (time will tell!)

What can I say...the ride is super smooth, super quiet with lovely gear changes....I did wobble a bit but I'll get used to those teeny tyres! The riding position feels a bit strange to me but I know I'll get used to that too.
The brakes were a bit juddery - am I right in thinking this is them bedding in as it's rim brakes?
And there's a warning on the wheel saying something about when the markings show change the rims...I no speak this language! Help!

Just the rear carrier, tubes and a little cycle computer to buy now!
I think I can say I am very pleased with my latest addition ^_^

I like the look of your bike, what make and model for s that? I recently got a Dawes hybrid but my daughter loves riding it so much I can't get it back off her. I can't complain, I have saved petrol money not having to taxi her about but it means I need a new bike and I fancy something with a very low step through frame like yours.

It's the Dawes Mojave ladies hybrid....I found it online cheaper than Tredz were advertising it but they do price match so I got it from them at the cheaper price.
Brilliant service and communication, and it arrived a day earlier than they said:smile:
