I'm looking for a lowrider/chopper under £100 that can face Welsh terrain, but I can't seem to find any. Does anyone have some advice?

What do you mean 'face Welsh terrain'? You should be able to pick up a second hand Chopper for £100 - if you've got the legs you can get up Mont Ventoux on one!
