A good case for cremation rather than burial.

I agree entirely, it's a Viking burial boat ablaze on the Orwell or nothing for me.

Poor old Juan Manuel Fangio; so much for RIP..

When my time comes, I think it will be off to the crematorium with me, at least that makes things final and there can be none of this nonsense years after your death. Who knows what they might come up with in the future which could lead to your DNA being used to grow a "new you". Arghhh!
There's an Italian led research team doing just that.

Let the dead rest in peace though.

They can't improve 'perfection' sadly

Takes a new meaning to RIP (Rot in Peace)..
all for the vanity of a 'name'

Seems a poor reason to disturb the guy to me. The two 'sons' will obviously feel differently but at 70? I hope I'm more concerned about practical stuff - whether I can still ride a bike and not pi55ing on my slippers.

Fangio still holds a French Grand Prix lap record. Admittedly it's at Reims 1951, in an Alfa 159.
