a good day, first in a while…

mrs alec had her 20 week scan today and not only was everything ok but it also looks like we're getting daughter #2 and not son #3, which has pleased everyone (me especially).

i also got paid for the first time in six months by the med comms company i am now freelancing for and, to crown it all, my wife got a new mobile so i've got mine back after i let her have her sim in my phone when hers broke.

if only there had been clear roads for my comeback from injury, it would have been perfect.

Mrs Ianrauk went to see the midwife today.. baby has started to move downwards, so only a couple weeks to go now...

and i thought the 12 year gap between this one and it's eldest sibling was a biggy

you could end up with a baby who's an uncle/auntie before they start school

That happened to my granddad, his eldest daughter gave birth to 2 children before my nan gave birth to child no 7.
