Falling rapidly out of love with my Blackberry, constant crashing, software updates which also trash the OS requiring a full reinstall The lastest one was an app world update which well and truely caused mayhem. Got another 11 months to go on the contract The odd thing is my wifes got exactly the same phone and hers seems to work ok? Maybe it just I`m too demanding of what I want my phone to do?? Anyway rant over with

9700 by any chance? I look after a lot of them for work and the build quality seems all over the place. Mine has been fine but there have been plenty that just crash randomly or take 5 seconds to respond to anything. One kept pressing the letter S every 8 seconds exactly. . .

nope a 9800, doing another reload of the OS again!!! However I am going to restore to factory defaults, I think that maybe the trick I am missing?
