My 19 year old lad helped the mrs and I out with the mowing and hedge trimming today by beating his "kick ups" record.

A couple of months ago I mowed my parent's lawn for them. It was only when I noticed that i was pushing the mower in the same way that i push my vacuum cleaner, that i realised that i'd never mowed a lawn before... I'm 46

We have since replaced that old POS, with a ride-on mower, which is fantastic fun! More lesser stopped Hawkins' episodes to come...

This is what happens when you have a ride-on mower:

Just got to trim around the trees and poles and such, then I'm done!
