I've done archery, but axe throwing sounds like fun!!
I could combine it with cycling

Note to self-put hold on purchase of air horn for bike. Call in at fool station to buy axe.

Go for fibreglass handles, if possible. Wooden ones, you'll break one or two.

Inspired by the screw up that my school has made with redundancy procedures, I'm taking up Tantrum throwing until I hit the target of a satisfactory outcome.

I came pretty close to that but now that the potential 'prize' is 10x to 15x the initial offer I deferred my departure from yesterday to the results of my union's appeals.

Might give that a go myself, while I rip along a Strava-segmented tow path turning 50/12 at 90rpm. I imagine axes would dig nicely into wooden narrowboats.**
