Congratulations. I hope it is a happy union.

Will it allow you more time for cookery?

A very happy union. My wife can retire and I stay on as a consultant running the Chirk office. I'm relieved of the admin and have a pathway to retirement.

And I'll not only have more time for cooking, but a new fishing rod arrives shortly. I'm close to the River Ceiriog and I won't work afternoons on a regular basis. Chuffed to bits.

You've not mentioned anything about more cycling time........does this mean your bikes are going now you are a man of leisure?

I'd been off the bikes because of sciatica and a shoulder problem. I'll try to ease back in.
