I saw a few minutes of the game. The best bit was the people holding up the banner that said (or something like):

Flights: £1200

Acommodation: £2000

Food and spending money: £2000

Arriving after we've been eliminated: Priceless

I hereby promise to cycle 20 miles, and donate £10 to Cancer Research, for each goal that Costa Rica stick past England this evening. The cycle will be done before this coming weekend. I just hope I can find the time to fit in a century .

If Costa Rica DON'T score, I will still do a half century, and give £20 to Cancer Research, just for the good work they have already done . Can't say fairer (or should that be "redder" ) than that. It's been a great world cup so far.
