My card company (Santander) repaid me £20 for items not received.
I 'phoned the CC company, explained the situation, they sent me a form to fill in and I had my money back within a month of ordering the item.
This might have been an unusually straightforward case of course:smile:.

I think that it has to be over £100 to be covered if the company you have bought from goes out of business.

I think they do for online sales, not in store though.

You were the one who asked about the law when I said it was £100 and above that Credit Card Companies were required to deal with.
