A rattle (sounds like it's coming from the front)

Whenever I'm cycling along at a bit of pace, there seems to be a rattle coming from the front...

I've looked at the valve, seems ok. The nut at the bottom of the valve was a little loose, but I've tightened it up.

Any help with where I could look to work out what it is?

Loose headset is always a good possibility for this.

I'm now thinking that sound is coming from front of the chain. Possibly the gear 'changer'? Will be checking it out...

Got a bottle cage? check the bolts are tight.

I had a similar noise.. and it was the outer gear cables knocking against each other

There is some movement in the front 'gear changer'. I presume this should be quite solid? I'm going to try to tighten it up tonight and see how it goes.
