Get a bit of extra protection from the weather and some addition insulation, wear a pair of ladies tights under your regular gear, then when the weather warns up a bit change to stockings and suspenders.

i finally learnt to put my bib long legs over the top ove my over shoes and not tucked inside. it keeps the water out of your shoes for...ooh lets see....at least an extra five minutes.
